If there's dignity in work,
there needs to be dignity at work.

Roman3 was formed to prove a simple thing: you can run a profitable business and treat people with dignity and respect. Most leaders already believe that, they just need someone to help them find the path.

Why Roman3

Inspiration. Innovation. Implementation.

Work is a huge part of our lives, in the hours we spend and in how it shapes who we are. Yet too many people spend their careers inside weak or difficult cultures, and their organizations quietly pay for it in lost talent, productivity, and profit. We think that's a solvable problem.

So we built Roman3 to do three things, in order: inspire the change a business is ready for, innovate the way to get there, and implement until it actually sticks. It's the same promise as our tagline, and the reason we give so much of our thinking away. We want you to have the information, resources, and tools you need to succeed, whether you engage us or not.

The three I's

Inspiration. Innovation. Implementation.

The three I's forming the III in “Roman3”: Inspiration, Innovation, Implementation.

Meet the partners

Roman3 thrives on partnership

In their words

What they say

The Roman3 team take high-level, often emotional concepts, like employee engagement, and breaks them down into both understandable and measurable components that are justified with data.

, Nicole Deveau · Strategic Coordinator, University Relations at MacEwan University

Their strategies identified applicable solutions that had an immediate positive impact. The team at Roman3 has always been accessible and willing to assist with our changing needs.

, Martin Laycock · CAO of Municipality of West Hants

Roman3 provided tools (in excess of my expectations) to help me within my role, and my organization, move towards a cultural shift.

, Cynthia Saruk · Senior Human Resources Coordinator at C-FER Technologies

Roman3 has given me the tools to address workplace culture in a manageable way to not overwhelm myself and the leadership team.

, Priscilla Garcia Flores · Human Resources at Witdouck Farms

To anyone dissecting workplace culture, start here! The Roman3 team were engaging and accessible, and the content is presented in a very practical, out-of-the box format applicable to many different environments. I appreciate their willingness to support participants after the course, and will not hesitate to recommend this to my network.

, Felipe Pizarro · Director of People & Culture at North Central Co-operative Association Ltd.
